I charge $125/hour for consultation appointments...we can accomplish a lot in that hour, so have your design questions ready... : )

(There is a minimum fee of $50 for all visits.  However, if I bid a design package or larger scope of work and you accept, then our initial time together is applied to that bid, and you won't be charged for the initial meeting.)

Individual Design Services: $125 per hour

Interior paint color selection and placement

Exterior paint color selection and placement

General design consulting

Getting your home ready to sell - Staging consulting

Surface selection

Complete Room Design Package: $2,000 - $5,000

(After talking through your design needs, I will bid a flat fee for the specific spaces we are addressing. We feel like this is a helpful way to do pricing for our clients. All design fees are spoken and agreed upon up front with signed contracts for clarity.)

If you decide with us that your space needs a design package, my husband will then come back with me to measure and during that time, I will do a style interview to determine the look and functionality needs of the space.

I then will step away for a few weeks, and put together a design presentation board with the floor plan, detailed pricing lists, physical samples in hand, so that you can visually see where we would like to take your space design-wise.

(There's something so critical about seeing all of the design elements together and understanding how all the pieces fit stylistically. Way less scary than random shopping for pieces when it's unclear how or if they will work.)

Another benefit with the design package is that we order all of the pieces for the space! If you've done much ordering on your own, you know that this piece alone requires hours of communication and effort. : )

I am connected to many vendors, so they take very good care of me and my clients. Having said that, I pass along all of my design discounts to my clients.  I charge for my time in the flat bid, but I save you as much money along the way as possible with my discounts.  They REALLY add up, and it makes me happy to save you dollars along the way.  These are a few of the discounts I receive as a designer:

Williams Sonoma: (Pottery Barn, West Elm) 20% off if items are not on sale, if they are already marked down, I get an additional 5% off...

Crate and Barrel, CB2, Land of Nod: 15% if not already on sale

Wayfair, Birch Lane, All Modern:  discount ranges, but I always get special pricing with them

LampsPlus: 10%

Woodley's: 40% off their regular there's no need to wait for "special sales"

Restoration Hardware: 25% off

I'm telling really adds up and sometimes pays for a good chunk of my design bonus for you! : )

I know it's sometimes difficult releasing control of the feel of your home to someone else.  I've put myself in your shoes many times in order to understand that process.  I am dedicated to designing your home to look and feel like YOU...not a design catalog or TV show, but really how you live and your style.  Listening is a strength of it's important for me to hear your thoughts and translate them into beautiful design. Please look over the reviews on our site to hear how other clients have felt during the design process.  All of the reviews are from Design Package clients...

The biggest value is having a complete thought when we're done.  It's so challenging to pull a space together and make it feel finished...and with this service, you can know ahead of time that you will have that peace of mind without escalating hourly fees.

It's an incredible feeling to invest in where you live in order to have simplicity, beauty, function and really does matter.
